		<description>This looks really delicious - I&#039;ll try this in the next few weeks and let you know how it turns out. I especially like the info about artichokes - I had no idea they were thistles - love the flower. I did know that artichoke plants can live for many years (25 was not uncommon in the past). Great recipes - one funny thing is I totally forgot I made a very similar BBQ shredded chicken sandwich last week and forgot to post it until I saw yours today. I like the idea of making small sandwiches (I used standard large) but otherwise the recipe is almost identical and I just made it up - great minds think alike, I guess.</description>
